I painted this many years ago while studying the art of Marc Chagall.  He often painted fiddlers.  I don't know why but I am drawn to painting characters in hats.  Maybe it is the Cat in the Hat.  I don't know.  This to me is about the release of the sound of the Spirit from our lives.  We have to be unlocked.  We cannot fear what people think.  In order to create we must be courageous.
